Alicia is the daughter of Dave and Audrey Swingler and a 4th generation member of the family business. She grew up around the construction industry — often accompanying her dad on weekend job site visits. After graduating from high school, Alicia took construction management classes at Lake Land College.

In 2007, Alicia joined the Swingler Construction team as a Project Administrator. She serves as the primary point of contact for office inquiries, greeting clients with a warm smile and excellent customer service. Additionally, Alicia handles critical aspects of project correspondence, establishing initial contacts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they have all the necessary documents for accurate estimates. Alicia also manages shop drawings, handles payroll duties, and maintains ongoing communication with subcontractors and architects to ensure accurate project timelines.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys crafting, camping, and traveling with her husband Eric Deters and their Sheepadoodle, Murfy.
